Mr. Stooksberry has represented buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants in a variety of transactions and business matters. Mr. Stooksberry has represented plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation including matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, shareholder oppression, noncompetition, and other commercial claims. Mr. Stooksberry was one of the primary attorneys involved in the representation of a business client-plaintiff in a complex commercial litigation case in a four week jury trial in Tarrant County, Texas, in 2006, that concluded with a jury verdict in favor of the client in excess of three million dollars (with exemplary damages in excess of two million dollars). Mr. Stooksberry has represented one or more business client-plaintiffs in shareholder oppression litigation that has resulted in favorable settlements in excess of one million dollars.

- An oil and gas field services company
