Paul C. Goetz III
Mr. Goetz joined Hill Gilstrap as a director on October 1, 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goetz was engaged in the private practice of law in Arlington, Texas from 1977 until 1998, at which time he became general counsel for a utility and telecommunications company based in Mansfield, Texas. Mr. Goetz has extensive experience as a trial attorney, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial and real estate litigation.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENTS:
Mr. Goetz successfully tried a flooding case in state district court in Tarrant County, Texas on behalf of individual property owners against the owners and developers of adjacent property, resulting in a favorable jury verdict in excess of one million dollars. Mr. Goetz also tried a case as co-counsel in St. Louis, Missouri which involved a multi-million dollar office building transaction. This case resulted in a jury verdict favorable to Mr. Goetz’s clients. Mr. Goetz has represented numerous clients in complex litigation involving a variety of corporate shareholder and partnership disputes and shareholders’ derivative claims.
